Can I return/exchange a product?
We do not process returns, but we do process exchanges for within 15 days of receiving the product if it has not been used or damaged (including no smoke or other fragrances). All exchanges are made for store credit for the current retail rate except clearance items which are only credited per their original price at the time of sale. To make an exchange please send your item along with a note bearing your name, email address, original order number and reason for exchange to expedite processing. Once we receive your exchange, we will send an email with a coupon code for the amount of the exchanged item(s) at current retail rate unless a clearance item. Send to:

If I order Backorder items along with In Stock items, when will I receive my in stock items?
If you order backorder items in the same order as in stock items, your in stock items will be pulled from the floor or stock room and placed in a box or mailer respective to your order, and placed in our cue room, and shipped together with your backordered item(s).
* If you'd like in stock items right away, please purchase them separately.
* If you've already made the purchase and combined in stock with back order and you want your in stock items now, please email brett@theheadspace.net with subject line "Request To Ship In Stock Item" and you will receive a reply with instructions on how to pay for the additional shipping cost to get your in stock item right away.

I've waited longer than 3 days. Where is my order?
Please check your order confirmation email. If it says “Backordered” that means you clicked a button that said "Available for Backorder" in place of where "Add to Cart" would have been. Those take up to 60 business days. Unlike other all over print websites with no actual stock, our clothing is in stock on our shelves, so we recommend taking advantage and avoiding backordered items.
Is it safe to spin fire in The Headspace apparel?
The Headspace apparel is made from recycled polyester, which is a highly-flammable and very dangerous to spin fire in. We advise our audience to avoid playing with fire toys while wearing polyester clothing.
How do I wash my clothes, besides dry cleaning?
Machine wash your polyester or polyester blend garments in warm water on the “permanent press” setting. Use a mild powdered laundry detergent (non-toxic, biodegradable types preferred) and line dry, or tumble dry on low heat.
Can I change my address after I place my order?
