We do not process returns, but we do process exchanges within 15 days of receiving the product.
All exchanges are made for store credit for defective or incorrect orders, or if an item has not been used and returned within fifteen days. All sales on clearance items are final and cannot be exchanged without prior approval, clearance items or items sent back to us after 15 days without prior approval will not be processed.
To make an exchange please send your item along with a note bearing your name, order number and your E-Mail address. Once we receive your exchange, we will send you your an e-mail with a coupon code for the amount of the exchanged item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
